Links2Care’s Home Maintenance & Repair Referral Program supports adults with disabilities and seniors aged 65+ in the Halton region by connecting them with dependable, freelance service providers for residential cleaning and home organization.

Position Summary

As a Cleaning & Home Organization Provider, you will receive client referrals from the Program Leader and be responsible for coordinating services directly with clients in designated areas: Mississauga, South Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Halton Hills. Service details and payment arrangements are made directly between Providers and the client(s).

This role is ideal for patient, reliable individuals or small businesses who enjoy helping seniors live independently in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact referred clients directly to coordinate services.
- Review cleaning & organization task requirements and provide service estimates to clients.
- Deliver residential cleaning and home organization services using your own or client-provided equipment.
- Respond to client communications in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of residential cleaning and home organization techniques.
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners).
- Must operate as an individual or small business within the designated service areas (Mississauga, South Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Halton Hills.
- Must be a Canadian resident.
- Access to personal transportation and cleaning equipment is required.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Dependable and accountable to client commitments.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in various home environments, including potentially uncomfortable or physically demanding conditions.

Additional Information
- This work may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in extreme weather conditions.
- Links2Care acts solely as a referral service and is not liable for injuries or damages incurred during service delivery.
- Providers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required licenses should regulations change.
