Hardscape Installer

**Full Time, Experienced or Non-Experienced, Professional Hardscaper**

1: You MUST be able to get yourself to our morning meeting spot, on time, every day.

2: Experience is NOT required BUT it is greatly appreciated and affects wages. On-site job safety and hardscape training will be provided to everyone. As well as, online learning of the fundamentals of Hardscaping.

**What are the details about the position?**

Company: Paysagiste Carriere

Positions: Hardscape Installer

Status: Full-time, 10 hour days, Monday - Friday.

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Compensation: between $20 - $35 per hour, based on experience.
- Site preparation and Grading layout.
- Proper base preparation and bedding layer installation.
- Must be able to install and cut pavers and slabs, with edge restraint and joint fill.
- Must be able to install segmental retaining walls and build stairs, with adhesive and proper drainage.
- Must be competent with Jumping Jack, Reversible Vibratory Plate Compactor, Quick Cut Masonry Saws, Slab, Paver and Block Splitter, and other Hardscape/Landscape tools necessary for the job.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Ability to install low voltage landscape lighting and gas fire structures is highly sought-after.

- You MUST be able to get yourself to our morning meeting location, on time, every day.
- Must possess great communication skills.
- Capable of working long days.
- Must enjoy working outdoors. Willing to get dirty.
- Comfortable with lifting heavy materials and operating heavy tools and machinery.
- Hardscaping experience is important and we would like to see pictures of your work.
- Experience is NOT required. On site job safety and training will be provided to everyone. As well as, online learning of the fundamentals of Hardscaping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- hardscape installation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
