- Review administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for the clients.
- Preparing or assisting the team members in the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
- Ensuring that all custody trades assigned to the team are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.
- Review of wires for settlement of custody trades. Performing callbacks with third parties.
- Training new members in the team
- Participate in multiple system improvement projects and automation projects.
- Liaising with client, third party and internal client operations teams for resolving queries and issues with respect to custody trade execution
- Allocating custody trades and wires to the preparers
- Ensure all custody trades executed by the team have been confirmed and accepted as per the deadline
- Assist the team members with their queries on BAUs
- Finding gaps and risks in the current processes and taking the required steps to fill the gaps and overcome the risks
- Liaise with internal IT teams to implement changes as needed
- Ensure that SOPs for processes are in place and the team members are following those
- Manage a team of 10-12 members

**Qualifications**
- University degree in an accounting field
- Experience with another fund administrator within the fund accounting space or the Investor Operations/relations team with an exposure to AML/KYC processes
- Proficiency with using Adobe PDF is an asset
- Understanding of the Fund of fund business
- Qualities such as attention to details and being organized are a must.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Advanced investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Pro active approach
- Flexible as per business needs
