**St. John Council for Ontario (SJCO) is a voluntary agency dedicated to improving the health, safety and quality of life of Canadians through training and community service. We are currently seeking a confident, energetic First Aid/CPR instructor to provide service throughout our Northeastern Ontario Region.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- **Respond to incoming inquiries regarding training classes, first aid kits and products from the public**:

- **Set up public and private first aid & CPR courses**:

- **Provides instructional services**:

- **Restock classrooms with appropriate supplies**:

- **Ensure all training equipment is fit for purpose**:

- **Prepare paperwork for classes including printing certificates and file paperwork appropriately**:

- **Close POS machine as required and provide all documentation to the Bookkeeper**:

- **Maintain A/R, and follow up on outstanding invoices**:

- **Market courses and products to students during classes**:

- **Assist with various duties as assigned**

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- **Instructional experience preferred / willingness to complete Instructor Development Program**:

- **Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously**:

- **Ability to work independently and in a team environment**:

- **Excellent customer service / interpersonal skills**:

- **Strong communication skills; both written and oral**:

- **Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office including CRM software**

**Other**
- **Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46,000.00 per year
