**As a new Food Services team member (FSA), you will**:

- Have completed, be enrolled in or willing to enroll in the **Food Services Worker** training program;
- Hold a valid **Food Handlers certification**;
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members;
- Be able to lift up to 35lbs;
- Have exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team;
- Assist in serving meals and beverages to our residents ensuring we meet residents’ diets and food preferences while following safe and sanitary food handling techniques;
- Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents;
- Food Service Team Members at Schlegel Villages assist with the preparation of catering functions and events, and maintaining a clean dining room and workspace.
