**Corporate Services Specialist**:
The University Neighbourhoods Association (UNA) is seeking to fill the position of Corporate Services Specialist. The UNA is a not-for-profit organization that provides municipal-like services to approximately 15,000 residents who live in the University of British Columbia’s Point Grey campus.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Corporate Services Specialist is responsible for the preparation of agendas, minutes and correspondence, while also providing executive
- level administrative support, often of a confidential nature, to the CAO, the UNA Board and members of the senior management team. The Corporate Services Specialist also assists with elections, society filings and general meetings, oversees organizational records management, and undertakes special projects as required. This is a full-time permanent position - 35 hours per week with some evenings as required.

**About you**:
To qualify for this role, you will have a degree, diploma or certificate in public administration, business administration or a related discipline, or an acceptable combination of experience, education, and training, along with a minimum of three years direct experience in a local government, non-profit or public sector position in a senior administrative level - preferably working closely with elected officials.

**Salary range**:$60,000 - $80,000
