**A day in the life**:

- You’ll be a champion for Health & Safety - this is always your top priority, as it is ours
- You’ll conduct natural sciences baseline studies, pre-construction environmental surveys such as migratory bird nest surveys and amphibian salvages, and environmental monitoring during construction.
- You’ll be willing to learn and be trained in diverse fieldwork techniques and requirements but are equally comfortable with office tasks based on your experience level
- You’ll support the natural sciences component of Environmental Assessments
- You’ll obtain environmental permits, approvals and clearances associated with federal and provincial environmental legislation and policies
- You’ll collaboratively coordinate with internal technical discipline leads, technical support staff and sub-consultants for the timely execution of technical studies and preparation of natural sciences documentation required to support planning, design and permitting process
- You’ll participate in regulatory agency consultation meetings and public information sessions to establish sound working relationships with relevant Governmental Authorities and Stakeholders
- You’ll have the ability to recognize project risks and provide meaningful input to solve complex problems
