As a member of the Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. sales team, your role will be to support the sales team in multiple areas, with a focus on building relationships and expanding sales to corner stores. You will represent the company both in-person and online within the Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario community by promoting and selling our delicious beer, as well as collaborating with licensees. A passion for people, sales, creative marketing, and the craft beer culture in TBay is key to thriving in this role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Outreach and support Corner Stores & Grocery Stores - New Licensees and existing
Support the Sales Team with new and existing SGBC projects and customers
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on ideas to engage licensees
Forecasting beer needs and making sales plans for current beer stock
Effectively and respectfully communicate with colleagues and customers
Inventory control of sales materials and brews
Assist with coordination of deliveries
Prepare orders for deliveries
Work at SGBC events as needed
Perform other related duties as requested by General Manager
Provide marketing support
Work closely with other departments

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 2 years experience working in customer service
Experiencing working on marketing projects an asset
Knowledge of Google Docs & Gmail an asset
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Knowledge of Excel and ability to make spreadsheets an asset
Have a valid driver's license
Have the ability to lift over 50lbs
Updated Smart Serve
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
