Through our proprietary technology, we offer small parcel delivery at heavily discounted rates, as well as air, land and sea freight and warehousing. Another thing you should know about us is that customer service is the cornerstone of our business. We’re currently looking for a go-getter to join our Freight division. Come work with our inspiring team in an exciting and dynamic industry Daily tasks include: - Data entry. - Onboarding new clients. - Validating client details. - Onboarding new vendors. - Validating vendor information. - Booking orders. - Tracking shipments. - Supporting the logistics coordinators in various tasks. Qualifications: - High school diploma. - Minimum 2 years customer service experience required. - Experience in logistics, transport or dispatch is an asset (1 year dispatch experience preferred). - Proficient with technical computer software skills (Microsoft) and ticketing systems. - Must be bilingual, oral and written. - Problem solver who can "think on their feet". - A team player who can interact and cooperate with all employee and customer levels.
