Take Khair Beauty is seeking part-time and full-time junior & senior hair stylists. We're looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our studio, that have a strong passion and knowledge for textured hair.

After several years of hard work, we’re excited to announce that our brand new beauty supply store & in-store hair studio, Take Khair Beauty, will be opening its doors in mid-town Toronto this June As a Black and female-owned business, we’re passionate about supporting our community and providing a welcoming, elevated space for all to enjoy. We know it can be a struggle to find quality products and services for textured hair in a welcoming and professional environment, which is why we’re thrilled to offer our community a wide selection of hair services, along with highly sought after products & accessories all at competitive prices, in an upscale, trendy retail environment.

**Expectations**:

- Experienced with hair styling techniques such as: blow drying, silk presses, hair braiding, extensions, wig installs/styling, twists & locs
- Posses strong knowledge of relevant hair trends & products for textured hair
- Daily studio upkeep; maintain studio cleanliness and organized
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Have strong time management skills
- Demonstrates the ability to be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Demonstrates the ability to lead by example with customer service and sales
- Assist the team in achieving sales targets
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends
