**Pricing Analyst**

Reporting to the Director of International Operations, the Air & Ocean Rates Coordinator will play a fundamental role in helping to achieve revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable sourcing rates; working closely with the operations and sales teams; customers and our network partners and providing timely quotations.

**Air & Ocean Pricing Analyst**:

- Have a strong understanding of customers’ requirements
- Have strong knowledge of worldwide locations airport & ports

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customers’; sales team as well as inquiries received through our network of agents in a timely manner
- Issue quotes and routings with several options, where applicable, on international Air & Ocean - import & export shipments
- Strong understanding to put together complex rate requests, project cargo
- Follow up on quotes issued
- Well organized, strong international Air & Ocean Import/ & Export background

**Requirements**:

- Rates and commercial support experience in international freight forwarding
- International Freight Forwarding experience: 3-5 years (required)
- Continuous and effective management of Key Performance Indicators
- Proficient in both verbal and written French and English
- Strong listening and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- CIFFA Certification (an asset)

- Air Import/Export: 2 years (preferred)
- Ocean Import/Export: 2 years (preferred)
- Negotiation: 2 years (preferred)
- Freight Forwarding: 2 years (preferred)
