You should be a proactive person, with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. **What you'll be doing...**
- Own the Progyny member relationship for specific clients by providing ongoing concierge service for your members Services as a liaison between members and clinics
- Effectively educate eligible members on available and covered services
- Provide information on fertility treatment and centers
- Assist with scheduling appointments and obtaining authorizations
- Provide information on deductibles, co-insurances, and maximum out of pocket amounts.

**About you...**
- Prior clinical fertility experience or knowledge of the fertility industry and patient procedures required
- Professional fluency in French and English required (Québécois preferred)
- Prior insurance experience required
- Nursing Background, preferred
- Genetic Counseling, preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Action oriented and motivated by results
- Demonstrated ability to make and implement tough decisions

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual wage range for NYC-based applicants is: $25.00/hour - $35.00/hour. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
