**For full-time employees**:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Under the responsibility of the Supervisor, Payroll, the incumbent of this position will be responsible for carrying out the daily tasks related to the payroll of the employees of the stores and the distribution center. He/she will also be required to maintain the Ceridian (Dayforce) system for new hires, file changes and terminations. He/she must provide unparalleled customer service for all questions or requests from employees regarding their pay.
DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
- Perform daily tasks related to the payroll of store employees;
- Review time and attendance records and check/correct errors as needed;
- Perform data entry in Ceridian payroll software (Dayforce);
- Contribute to the hiring of employees;
- Produce various reports, as required;
- Provide support to store and distribution center employees by responding to various payroll inquiries/questions;
- Communicate regularly with store managers to validate timesheet information and/or in the event of a problem or missing information;
- Update all CNESST/WCB files;
- Propose and participate in the improvement of processes and systems relating to the processing of payroll data;
- Participate in the various special projects of the department;
- Perform any other related tasks to maintain or improve the services of the payroll department.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- One to three years of payroll experience;
- Diploma of professional studies in accounting or a related field;
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written;
- Great capacity for analysis & meticulousness;
- Dynamism & ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite (advanced Excel an asset).
- Knowledge of the Ceridian system (Dayforce) an asset.
