**Responsibilities**:
**Description**
- Provide positive leadership while mentoring frontline staff
- Ensure safe working conditions including properly training employees on safety methods Coordinate shift hand-offs to ensure consistency and communication between shifts
- Understand customer delivery system, SAP, ICS, maintain sanitary needs and AIB audit
- measures
- Support warehouse operations by managing scheduling and ensuring cases per hour and

pick rate targets are met
- Manage site inventory through weekly inventory count and investigations to achieve

mínimal inventory variance
- Ensure product supply by effective communication with sales, product supply team and

frontline to ensure fill rate achieved at target

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Computer Skills
- Enthusiastic and self-starter
- Experienced with 55 and Lean tools
- Highly flexible and creative with the ability to succeed in a very dynamic environment Forklift experience
