We're seeking a highly motivated individual who will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our unique collection. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is results-oriented and eager to contribute to our continued success.

**What You'll Do**:
As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in our store's success. Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly greeting customers and providing personalized assistance to help them find the perfect Indian attire and accessories.
- Expertly showcasing our range of lehengas, shararas, ghararas, sarees, and other fashion items.
- **Creating engaging social media content** (photos, videos, stories) to promote our products and attract new customers.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engaging in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
- Maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor, ensuring our merchandise is beautifully presented.
- Providing knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about our products, fabrics, and styles.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with inventory management, including restocking and reporting on stock levels.

**What We're Looking For**:
We're searching for an individual who is not only a skilled salesperson but also a creative and dedicated team player.
- **Proven experience in retail sales** is a must.
- **Demonstrated ability to create compelling social media content** (please be prepared to share examples of your work).
- Ability to **work long hours**, especially during peak seasons and events.
- **Must be fluent in English.**:

- Proficiency in **Hindi and/or Punjabi is a significant asset** due to our diverse customer base.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for fashion and an appreciation for Indian traditional wear.

**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a **base salary plus commission**, rewarding your hard work and sales achievements.

**Location**:
Fashion Avenue Montreal is located at **3100 Rte Harwood, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC.**
