**Job Title**: Grain Accounting Administrator (On Site)

**Location**: Head Office, Winnipeg, Manitoba

**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working with logistics and grain buyers to record unload information into Agrosoft
- Recording of vendor payables and invoice payments
- Reconcile related Balance Sheet accounts
- Vendor/customer inquiry and support as needed
- Supporting monthly regulatory and management reporting
- Assist in other areas and functions of the finance department

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Customer service and corporate office environment
- Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years general accounting experience
- Early stages of CPA designation program
- Ability to execute high level of volume with accuracy
- Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and general accounting procedures
- Highly detail oriented with effective communication and time management skills
- High level of customer service
- Ability to work in a challenging, changing environment
- Strong system experience (SAP and Agrosoft) and general grain industry knowledge considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
