**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to enhance the durability of finished surfaces.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with other maintenance person tasks as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of carpentry principles and practices.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective execution of tasks.
- Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in construction-related tasks.
