- 2 years of experience is required as a Dental Receptionist/ Dental Administrator
- Strong communication skills
- Completion of a Dental Receptionist program/ certificate is preferred
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
