Operations & Client Success Manager

**The Role**
We’re looking for an **Operations & Client Success Manager** — someone who thrives on organization, communication, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our clients have a seamless experience from the moment they place an order to the time their gifts are delivered.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll juggle logistics, client relationships, and internal coordination — basically keeping the wheels turning and the smiles coming.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Client Success & Account Management**
- Be the main point of contact for clients once orders come in.
- Confirm all the details — timelines, shipping info, and any last-minute changes.
- Send invoices, track payments, and follow up as needed.
- Build long-term relationships to keep clients coming back for more.
**Operations & Order Coordination**
- Coordinate post-sale orders with accuracy and care.
- Plan logistics, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Work with our production team to make sure every order goes out perfectly and on time.
- Help us stay organized and efficient during high-volume periods (like the holidays).
**Sales & Outreach Support**
- Keep our CRM clean and up to date with all client and lead activity.
- Track outreach and performance metrics to support our leadership team.
**Back-Office & Admin Support**
- Keep client records, shipping docs, and vendor info neat and organized.
- Prepare reports for leadership on operations and client accounts.
- Support with inventory and supply management as needed.
**What You Bring**
- 2-4 years in operations, client success, or account management.
- You’re super organized and love checking things off your to-do list.
- Excellent communicator — both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using CRM and project management tools.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about great service.
