Are you interested in a full-time position as medical receptionist close to Yorkville and public transit?

One of Toronto’s most upscale plastic surgery clinics is seeking an experienced medical administrator / receptionist for our trendy Bloor-Yorkville office. Our current office administrator is making a career transition and we're looking to expand our team

Your role will be to greet and check in patients, prepare exam rooms in between consultations, book follow up appointments, process payments, and perform general office tasks.

The qualities exhibited by the successful applicant will include:

- Caring and approachable nature, making our patients feel comfortable
- Responsibility and organization
- Diligence to ensure that patients are booked appropriately for follow up appointments and receive post-op instructions
- The ability to learn and retain medical information about our procedures to be able to answer patient questions
- A technology focused workflow, leveraging an EMR and checklists to stay organized and communicate effectively with patients

Our office operates from 8:30AM - 5PM Monday - Friday and uses Accuro EMR.

Salary commensurate with experience.

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5S 2B7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- medical receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
