Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position requires strong time management skills, technical sales knowledge, and the ability to handle cash transactions.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operations
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is a plus
