**What you'll be doing**:

- General maintenance, services, diagnosis, and accessories primarily on Toyota vehicles.
- Performing work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Vehicle inspections to determine if additional safety or service work is required and making recommendations accurately based on vehicle assessments and scheduled maintenance intervals.
- Documentation of all findings and inspection results in accordance with Company and Manufacturer policies.
- Communicate clearly and accurately with other team members to ensure a smooth servicing process
- General housekeeping and facility maintenance duties as necessary.

**What we need from you**:

- **MUST** have** completed Level 2 apprentice training** with an appropriate number of completed hours.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be capable of lifting a minimum 50 lbs.
- Have a valid British Columbia driver's license.
- Be willing to follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department.
- Be committed to consistently delivering high quality level of customer service.
- Experience in a dealership setting is considered an asset.
