**Sales & Rental Lifestyle Advisor - Retirement Living**

We are an upscale 55+ retirement living community in Aurora that offers condo-style independent living.

We have an opportunity for an individual who has a background in lead generation, sales, and marketing to work with 55+ adults looking to join a wonderful community and begin enjoying the benefits of a retirement lifestyle.

The Sales & Rental Lifestyle Advisor will focus on attracting new prospects, providing tours, working through the decision process, and maintaining high occupancy in our independent living buildings. She/he must be detail oriented, deadline driven, have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the sales cycle, and a passion for working with 55+ adults and seniors.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales and/or customer service experience.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of effective sales and marketing processes.
- The ability to work with minimum supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead generation and promotional activities.
- Provide tours to interested prospects and/or family members.
- Discuss available suites, pricing and lifestyle options.
- Handle the sales process.
- Coordinate with our admin team to ensure new residents have a great move-in experience.
- Build relationships with residents who can be an excellent source of new leads.
- Other related sales and marketing duties.

**Work Schedule**: Every Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
