**Why is this role important?**
The Document Control and Archiving Specialist will be reviewing, organizing and/or archiving the data pertaining to all clinics to ensure business enablement functions to keep our clinics running smoothly. This is a highly detailed position with an emphasis on accuracy, time management, technical skills and interpersonal skills.
**Day-to-day activities**:

- Effectively reviewing, organizing and archiving data and documents into specified locations
- Create a map and/or plan of data organization using Google Workspace
- Eliminate duplicate documents, destroy duplicates and retain relevant documents
- Archive older data that remains important to the organization and must be retained for future reference regulatory compliance reasons
- Building a data room to store company-sensitive data including financial documents

**Who you are**:

- Completion of secondary school education or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace and Acrobat with the ability to learn customized software/tools
- Proven ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment
- Ability to prioritize, organize workload and plan independently
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Dependability, punctuality and excellent attendance are essential

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
