We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Screen Print Assistant/Screen Washer. **This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our printing services and ensuring top-notch quality in our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the setup and operation of screen-printing machines.
- Preparing and cleaning screens for printing.
- Washing screens post-printing, ensuring they are free of ink and emulsion.
- Monitoring print runs for consistency and quality.
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
- Helping in the packing and dispatch of finished goods.
- Collaborating with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Following all safety guidelines and company procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in screen printing is a plus.
- Prior experience in screen printing or screen washing, or eagerness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical condition, able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Winnipeg, MB R2X 1G4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- screen printing: 1 year (preferred)
