**What You'll Bring**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working with Scrum teams
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ of applicable business experience in Information Technology and risk industry (credit or financial services background preferred)
- A minimum of 4 years elicitation and authoring requirements as well as interaction with external customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and Agile at Enterprise Scale
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
- Technical proficiency and skill level to learn solution configurations
- Excellent listening and communication skills coupled with a strong technical aptitude
- Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (such as PMI-ACP, CSM, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred
- Experience utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Rally

**Impact You'll Make**:
In this role, you will serve as a Business Analyst / Technical Product Owner with a team of onshore and offshore resources to deliver decisioning and fraud market initiatives on our industry leading Decision Centre platform. We are seeking a technically savvy individual with the strong collaborative skills required to manage initiatives of varying scope. You will be responsible for configuring the customers’ requirements into business ready solutions, ensuring their needs are met.
