Leavens Mazda is hiring a Lot Attendant to join our team.
**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining and managing the parking lot and vehicle inventory. They ensure that all vehicles on the lot are organized and properly displayed, and that the lot is clean and well-maintained.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive /Inspect and process new vehicle shipments from transport carriers, and maintain lot inventory
- Move vehicles around the lot and arrange them in an organized and appealing manner., while ensuring locked and keys stored securely.
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure that vehicles are available and ready for test drives or service appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, including lawn cutting/snow removal (tractor/shoveling) sweeping, picking up debris, and emptying trash cans.
- Pick up licensing, fuel vehicles, parts deliveries as required
- May be required to shuttle customers or provide valet services
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles,
- Assist in other duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, and working in all weather conditions.
