**Job Title**: CELPIP Tutor

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate **CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) Tutor** to help learners achieve their desired test results. As a CELPIP Tutor, you will deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of adult learners preparing for the CELPIP-General or CELPIP-LS exam.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions (online or in-person)
- Teach all four CELPIP skill areas: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Assess students’ current proficiency and design customized study plans
- Provide test strategies, practice questions, and feedback to improve performance
- Track student progress and adapt instruction accordingly
- Support learners with time management and test-day readiness
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience teaching CELPIP or other standardized English exams (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
- Familiarity with the CELPIP test format, scoring system, and current materials
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Patient, encouraging, and culturally sensitive approach to teaching

**Preferred**
- TESL/TESOL certification
- Experience working with international or adult learners
- Access to CELPIP preparation materials or teaching resources
