**Job Title: Experienced Interior Painter for House Flip Project**

**Location**: Winnipeg, Manitoba

**Job Type**: Contract (Project-Based)

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable **Interior Painter** to join our team for a **house flip** project. If you have a passion for transforming spaces with precision and quality, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prep and paint interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces as part of a home renovation project.
- Ensure high-quality work that meets the project’s standards and timelines.
- Protect furniture, flooring, and other surfaces during painting.
- Work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Assist with other painting-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an interior painter with 5 **years** of hands-on painting expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship.
- Ability to come to and from the project location reliably.
- **Must provide references** and **photos of previous work** to showcase your skills and experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of different painting techniques, finishes, and tools.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (e.g., ladders, paint buckets).
- Must have your own tools and supplies.
- Must be able to work efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Compensation:

- Competitive pay based on experience.

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $16.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
