Moncel regularly engages with and donates to organizations that support the community in the area of public health, as well as helping feed tens of thousands of people each year. **About the Role** Moncel is currently hiring for a Customer Support Agent. The role requires fluent/exceptional English and Spanish language skills. Communication and tenacity is the key to this role. We seek someone who enjoys speaking with people from all walks of life, is a good listener, and can win customers over. Your ability to communicate successfully and create a rapport with the customer is the key to success in this position. **What You’ll Do** - Respond, qualify, and close new/existing business from inbound sales inquiries - Achieve inbound sales targets - Record all inbound leads and opportunities accurately in Salesforce - Assign account sale leads to appropriate sales team members - Documentation & general administrative duties - Commit and work towards the mission and growth of the business - Demonstrate our core values every day in all internal/external interactions - Work alongside our Sales Leadership to foster the success of the entire team **Who You Are** - A high-performer with 3-5 years experience in a customer service or sales role. - Excellent customer service. You must be comfortable dealing with people of all ages and backgrounds. - Good software skills. We work on Macs and use a wide variety of web-based software, so we're looking for someone who feels comfortable with new technologies.
