**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
- Engage in footwear sales by staying informed about the latest products and trends in the industry.
- Utilize effective merchandising techniques to present products attractively and strategically within the store.
- Process transactions accurately, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.

**Skills**
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, but not required.
- Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on sales and footwear sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy retail setting.
- A positive attitude towards upselling and promoting additional products or services.
