We are hiring a **Teacher’s Assistant** to provide one-on-one classroom support for a **4-year-old child with mild autism**. The assistant will help the child follow classroom routines, stay engaged during lessons, and interact positively with peers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the child in **following teacher’s instructions** and staying focused during class.
- Redirect the child if they begin to **wander during lessons**.
- Encourage positive social behaviors such as sharing and **not taking toys from others**.
- Assist with classroom transitions and daily routines.
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications (required)
- **Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate**.
- Experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting.
- Patient, caring, and supportive approach to children’s development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- _Certification in special needs education is not required._

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
