Role Mandate:
The Asset Protection Investigator (API) will be accountable for all aspects of Asset Protection as they
relate to the corporate objectives. The incumbent will have the ability to work productively with associate
groups within the corporate environment to ensure all objectives are clearly communicated and
executed. The Investigator will be the resident expert and will earn the respect of the team through the
knowledge and understanding of the day-to-day running of the business and role modelling honesty and
integrity. In a dynamic, fast paced, environment the incumbent will be adaptable and decisive with a
hands-on approach ensuring consistent and timely execution of all Asset Protection objectives. The
Investigator will have a proven track record of searching out operational deficiencies as they relate

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively assist in the co-ordination of the timely and accurate execution of all Asset Protection

initiatives as per Company standards
- Be a role model to the team and others
- Protect the assets of the Company
- Perform covert investigations
- Foster teamwork and collaboration to meet objectives
- Develop a rapport with the internal team
- Conduct audits, support policies and procedures ensuring compliance
- Monitoring of systems and procedures to detect internal dishonesty
- Liaison with law enforcement agencies
- Regularly communicate with associate and management
