**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions
- Provide excellent customer service during checkout and throughout the store
- Assist customers with technology sales inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers with inquiries
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering
- Strong technology sales knowledge
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Familiarity with technical sales is advantageous
