**About us**:
Stone Edge Marble & Granite Inc. is a recognized and well-established stone counter top company based out of Mississauga, Ontario and have been in business for almost 20 years. We specialize in custom stone design for residential and commercial projects across the GTA. We are looking to hire an experienced Stone Counter Top Templator - CAD / CAM Technician. Pay will be based on abilities and experience.

**Description of Work**:
**Employment requirements**:

- Must have a minimum 3 years relative experience in a Stone Counter Top role.
- Must have minimum of two year's experience in CAD, templating or installing stone counter tops.
- Must have a valid G drivers license and a clean drivers abstract.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create AutoCAD Quartz, Mable and Granite Counter Top shop drawings, detail plans (Basic 2D geometric shapes, dimensioning, labelling, etc.) based on sketches for approval
- Taking digital template files and manipulating them with AutoCAD, and also create CAM programming for use with our CNC Saw & Routers to complete automated tasks.
- Check and verify design drawing to conform to specifications and design data
- Resolve day
- to-day problems with in house Fabrication teams

**Qualifications Required**:

- Good Understanding of architectural and structural drawings
- Interaction is with both internal and external customers and requires fluency in both oral and written English
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Strong math, computer, and organizational skills
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and within tight deadlines
- Dependable and punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
