**Reporting to the Manager - Seniors' Supportive Housing, the Clerical Support Worker performs clerical, reception and record management duties for the Housing and Support Services Program at Sister Leila Greco Apartments.**

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:

- **Diploma in office administration or related program**

**Skills/Abilities**:

- **Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing**:

- **Excellent organizational skills**:

- **Demonstrates accuracy, organizational skills, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills**:

- **Ability to work as a team member as well as independently**:

- **Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment**:

- **Ability to us independent judgement and maintain confidentiality of records, actions, and information**:

- **Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel**
