We are currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Life Insurance Consultant to join our team. As a Life Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our clients on life insurance policies and products. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable policies that will provide financial protection for their loved ones in the event of unexpected life events.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze clients' financial situations to determine their life insurance needs
- Provide expert advice on various life insurance products and policies
- Develop relationships with clients and provide ongoing support to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with our sales team to generate new business and drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies sold
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and regulations
- Attend networking events and seminars to expand your knowledge and professional network
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Experience in life insurance sales or consulting
- Strong knowledge of life insurance policies, products, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related professional software
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and goal-oriented
**Salary**: $15.50-$41.23 per hour
