**Journeyman Carpenter - Special Projects**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **15+ years of residential carpentry experience** in custom home building and renovations.
- **Journeyman certification** is required.
- Expertise in **high-end finishing carpentry**, including cabinets, doors, and windows.
- **Valid driver’s license** (company vehicle available).
- Ability to work **independently** and take ownership of projects, collaborating effectively with trade managers and leads.
- Extensive **renovation experience**, including:

- Precision finishing work
- Advanced framing knowledge
- Deep understanding of building codes
- Building envelope
- Cabinetry and millwork installation
- Some siding experience
- A **keen eye for detail** and an ability to anticipate project needs in advance.
- Experience working with **subtrades** and coordinating workflow efficiently.
- **Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.**:

- **Personable, respectful, and professional demeanor.**:

- Experience as a **self-employed carpenter** is an asset.
- **Basic computer skills**, including Microsoft Office.
- A **team-first attitude**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Execute **high-end finishing projects** to an exceptional standard of quality.
- Manage and resolve **deficiencies and warranty repairs** efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless project execution.

**Job Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday
- **Work Location**: Edmonton and surrounding areas
