As our next IT Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and managing our information technology systems. Your responsibilities will include implementing protocols, advising on IT choices, providing technical support, coordinating software and hardware installations, monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with IT standards. **What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Installing and configuring divisional software and hardware, including PCs for network use.
- Providing network and phone access to all employees and educating them on network usage and protocols.
- Installing, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
- Providing end-user support and training as required.
- Managing corporate cell phone allocation and IT purchases for the facility.
- Implementing IT-related projects, both software and hardware, and coordinating with corporate IT for integrated support.
- Ensuring data and network access security.
- Recommending IT strategies, policies, and procedures based on evaluation and anticipating requirements.
- Providing support for vulnerability fixes to align with the company’s security policies.
- Performing other related duties as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving Microsoft SQL issues.
- Experience running a 24/7 environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in Windows 7 and Windows 10.
- Knowledge of Zscaler Office Platform (an asset).
- Knowledge of Cisco VoIP telephone system.
- Strong knowledge in Active Directory (an asset).
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
