We are seeking **Security** **Guard**_._ This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment and grow their security guard career while also having an immediate impact on the team you join.
- **Requirements**:_
- **A Valid Basic Security Training (BST) license / Advanced Security Training (AST)**:

- **Minimum of 6 months Security experience**:

- OFA 1 certificates would be an asset
- **Reliable car with valid driving license**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests and clients.
- Providing follow-up support with load and other help as necessary.
- Familiar with day to day operations with performance of administrative tasks
- Emergency response procedures (e.g. fire, flood)
- Timely patrols of parking and other building areas
- Inventory maintenance
- Securing site/fleet by putting locks as required
- Conscientious record keeping of all occurrences
- Ability to use electronic devices and software including camera surveillance, security systems, Microsoft Office programs.

**Concierge Qualifications / Skills**:

- Excellent English communication
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with all guests and owners with utmost composure
- Ability to lift up to 30kgs.
- Ability to stand for elongated periods of time
- **Shift Schedule**:_
- _**Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Afternoon)**_
- _**Full time availability - 24/7**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
