**Job description**

Looking for a friendly, team player, detail-oriented person with General warehouse experience to join our staff to prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, pick, unload, build, ship).
- **The position is full-time, Monday to Friday. 8 am-5 pm**
- **Starting salary $18.00 per hour and will commiserate with experience.**

- **Responsibilities**_**:

- **Forklift experience and certification preferred.**:

- Receiving orders from suppliers.
- Moving stock to the correct warehouse locations.
- Contribute to team effort by supporting co-workers and ensuring daily goals are met.
- Maintain the warehouse by general cleaning and disposing of waste.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
- Unloading freight, stock put away and pallet load out.
- **Qualifications**_**:

- **Pass a drug screen and background check.**:

- Positive attitude and the ability to work individually as well as in a team.
- Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Adheres to all safety guidelines (i.e., proper lifting techniques)
- Able to maintain excellent attendance.
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks.
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hrs.
- Problem-solving skills with basic math, reading & writing competencies.
- High School Diploma preferred but NOT required and at least 18 years old
- Available for overtime, weekends & holidays as needed.
- The ability to operate warehouse tools and equipment.
- **Expectations**:_
- Zero tolerance policy no cellphones on the warehouse floor.
- Composite or steel toed shoes required (Reimbursement available)
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures.
