**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **AI & LLM Integration**: Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) to optimize project workflows, data analysis, and reporting efficiencies.
- **Project Management**: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of environmental consulting projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic environmental solutions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with federal, provincial, and municipal environmental regulations, ensuring projects align with all legal requirements.
- **Technical Oversight**: Provide technical expertise in **Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I, II, III), Reclamation, and Remediation** processes.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor project teams, including field staff, consultants, and subcontractors.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and non-compliance issues.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and review project proposals, budgets, and cost estimates to support business development initiatives.
- **Field Work Coordination**: Oversee field activities such as soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, and remediation assessments.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Review and interpret environmental data, preparing technical reports and recommendations for clients and regulatory agencies.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure all project activities adhere to company and regulatory safety policies and best practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs to streamline project management, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Geology or a related field and be a member in good standing of a Professional Regulatory Organization.
- 8+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a strong background in **site assessments, remediation, and reclamation.**:

- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including budget control and client management.
- Strong understanding of environmental legislation and regulatory requirements (e.g., provincial environmental acts, CCME guidelines).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in GIS mapping, data analysis tools, and environmental software is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
