Contract Crew

**Job Title**: Contract Crew Members (One Year Contract with possibility of fulltime employment)

**Shift**:12-hour shifts - days, nights and weekends

**Dept**:Crew members will be scheduled to work in Natural Cuts, Makeroom, and/or Powder as needed

**Location**:70 Dickinson Drive, Ingleside, Ontario

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent education
- Performance history with Lactalis and/or other employers that demonstrates adaptability, work standards, quality orientation, safety awareness, job fit and stress tolerance
- High Mechanical aptitude & equipment troubleshooting skills
- Able to meet the physical demands for the process side (repetitive lifting of between 9-26 kg, hot/humid environment, noisy)
- Must be bondable

The contract crew position includes cheese feeding, packing, piling and relieving in various operator positions. The contract crew member will also perform miscellaneous duties including housekeeping, sanitation, line setups and uncase.

**Salary**: From $26.71 per hour
