**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances including washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot appliance issues accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and assembly of appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques to enhance service efficiency through training.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand electrical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle will be required for travel between job sites.
