Our planning and routines envelop all areas of a child’s development and we aim to meet their social, physical, language, intellectual, creative and emotional needs, and our activities help to enhance the skills that they require to succeed for the rest of their lives.

Harmony in Inclusion Is looking for an energetic and passionate educator to join our team. Preference will be given to Educators who have experience working with the Alberta Curriculum Framework Flight. A minimum certification of ECE 1 is required, ECE 2 or 3 is preferred.

**Duties**:

- Sign children in and out of TimeSavr
- Sign yourself in and out of TimeSavr
- Implement activities that are developmentally appropriate & child led
- Support planning as a team
- Document observations
- Documentation (learning stories/documentation panels)
- Ensuring licensing regulations are being upheld
- Meeting the program expectations
- Family communication
- Being professional (conversations with coworkers, children, families, dress code, cellphones, gossiping)
- Know emergency procedures (fire drill, natural disasters & lock downs)

And of course..... have fun

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children
- Background in early childhood education is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and understanding when dealing with children
- Certifications in childcare or education are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.64-$28.62 per hour
