**Job Title: Food Truck Crew Member - Orders & Beverage Prep**
**Location**: Central Alberta on the road
**Reports To**: Food Truck Owner

**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to join our food truck crew You’ll be the face of our business—taking customer orders, handling payments, and preparing our signature lemonades. If you enjoy fast-paced work, great vibes, and making people smile, we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Process payments (cash, credit/debit) using the POS system
- Prepare and serve fresh lemonades
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

**Preferred**:

- Must have reliable transportation, as the role may require regular local travel between locations.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are strongly preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- Have Reliable Transportation as events re
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on your feet and in warm outdoor conditions
- Must be dependable, punctual, and friendly
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards is an asset.
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks during peak hours.

**Duties**
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, including upselling menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness of serving station.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service environment.

Pay: From $16.05 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
