**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and within the established timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage various teams effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all work aligns with project specifications.
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets, adjusting as necessary based on project developments.
- Supervise site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

**Skills**
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics to effectively manage construction tasks.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Experience with construction estimating to prepare accurate budget forecasts.
- Familiarity with construction management software, particularly ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Excellent budgeting skills to manage project finances efficiently.
- Proven ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of site management.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining focus on project goals.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
