Location: Saskatoon, SK

Position: Casual - Part time (including weekday evenings, weekends, and nightshifts)

**Education**: A certificate, diploma, or degree in child and youth care (CYC) or in a related field of study is required.

**Skills and Characteristics**:
Ability to complete tasks independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form genuine relationships.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Supervision/ Guidance of the boy’s day-today tasks and routine

Provide support to each child

Helping the children with school work when needed

Administering Medications

Encouraging healthy lifestyle habits

Meal preparation

Light cleaning/ housekeeping duties

Keeping logs on each child, including day-to-day activity

Provide transportation when needed (Vehicle provided)

Crisis intervention procedure

**Qualifications**:
Criminal record check and Vulnerable Sector check

Standard First Aid/CPR

TCI and Assist training will be provided

Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher drivers license with a CLEAR driving record and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.

- Child and youth care: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Canadian Class 5 Licence (preferred)
