Charger et décharger les avions et véhicules FedEx; scanner et transporter le fret en provenance ou à destination de la piste, ou encore à l'intérieur des locaux.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High school diploma/educational equivalent.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record

Ability to successfully complete all ramp training and certification, such as GSE, tug, belt loader, t-stacking and DG.

Must maintain accreditation through yearly recurrency training prior to expiration.

Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset.

Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good time management and organizational skills

Able to lift 70lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent.

Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conducteur.

Pouvoir réussir toutes les formations et certifications de la rampe, comme le maniement d’équipement de desserte au sol, des remorqueurs et des monte-charge à courroie, l’empilage imbriqué et les matières dangereuses.

Conserver son accréditation par des formations périodiques avant la date d'expiration.

Il est souhaitable de posséder une certaine connaissance du fonctionnement de Federal Express Canada et des douanes canadiennes.

Bien maîtriser la communication, les relations humaines et la résolution de problèmes.

Pouvoir travailler en équipe et de manière autonome.

Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l'organisation

Capacité de soulever des charges de 70lbs lb et de manoeuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb.

Réussir les vérifications de Transport Canada, de la GRC et du SCRS concernant ses antécédents vérifiables des cinq dernières années.
