Grader Operator for Snow Removal

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and walkways of snow and ice.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment, including checking fluid levels and replacing worn parts.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for additional snow removal tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.
- Respond promptly to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in snow removal or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with excavators, irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction practices is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to work long hours in adverse weather conditions while maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
